Shipping and Tracking Policy

We ship our products UPS or USPS. All online orders with a valid email address will receive an order acknowledgement. Once the order has shipped you will receive shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. This confirmation will include your tracking information. Smaller items may be shipped using USPS. Most orders will ship in 24 hours Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation during the busy season.

International Orders

Our policy that all orders placed and/or shipped outside of the US must be done so over email. Please send order information, shipping address, phone number, and email address to support@beatdownoutdoors.com. Once we receive this information, a quote will be sent with the shipping cost for review. Upon acceptance, BeatDown Outdoors will send an invoice for payment. Please note, all duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Orders will not be fulfilled until steps are taken by BeatDown Outdoors to confirm payment and validate delivery information. There are no returns or refunds on international orders.

Deliveries

Our standard shipping time is 24-72 hours with an average of 2-4 days transit time. We are unable to control any delays in delivery of the order due to traffic, natural events and weather that might impact the delivery service. Beatdown Outdoors is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the shipment of goods caused by the delivery service or weather events. Customer support is a top priority for BeatDown Outdoors. We will work hard to ensure a resolution for any issues and will stay in contact with the customer with all updates.

Returns

It is mandatory before returning any items you must call 660-287-8833 or email support@beatdownoutdoors.com for further instructions. BeatDown Outdoors has a 60-day return policy. If possible, items need to be returned in their original package or must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. All return shipping fees will be paid by the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. BeatDown Outdoors will evaluate all returned items once they are in our possession. All items must be in new condition and have no visible signs of use. If an item is damaged a full refund will not be issued. If a damaged item needs to be returned to the customer, all shipping charges will be paid by the customer. For your protection we suggest a trackable shipping method in case of damage or loss. BeatDown Outdoors is not responsible for damage or loss of items being returned.

Order Cancellation

Only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. To cancel an order, you must contact customer support either by email support@beatdownoutdoors.com or by phone 660-287-8833. If the item has been shipped the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Defective or Damaged Products

If any merchandise is received defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue. Please contact our Customer Service at support@beatdownoutdoors.com or 660-287-8833. We will ensure your concern is handled promptly.
